Our Centenary
We celebrated our centenary on 5th February 2023, exactly 100 years to the day since we were formed.
Chairman Dave Norman did the introduction to the 73 attendees and this was followed by speakers Debbie Hewitt (Chair of the FA), Alex Warner (Chair of SCFA Trustees) and then Paul Field (President of the National RA).
Ray Lewis (Chairman of the FA league committee) presented the society with the County FA's commemorative shield.
50 year awards were presented to Dave Norman, George Dixon and Trevor Joliffe.
President Dave Roper did the closing speech to end the formalities whereupon attendees chatted and socialized to end a great evening.
